Lab Coating Machine(GN-VC-15H)

1. This product uses a micrometer adjustment to achieve the desired coated electrode thickness.

2. The instrument is equipped with a precise adjustable blade. The blade push rod drives it at a constant speed to ensure uniform coating of the slurry onto the foil.

3. This equipment is particularly suitable for manufacturing battery electrodes, guaranteeing uniform density across the electrodes.

1. Drying and heating with digital temperature display and control.

2. Digital timer allows free setting of drying time.

3.Refined appearance with sheet metal featuring a three-dimensional geometric design, simple and aesthetically pleasing.

Note: A viscometer can be optionally configured to determine the optimal slurry viscosity for coating, thereby maintaining smoothness during each experimental coating process.

After coating, a vacuum oven may be required to dry the film and remove the binder. To ensure proper adhesion between the coated electrode material and the current collector substrate, a calendering machine can be used for rolling.
