1.Equipment used for die-cutting of cathode and anode electrodes in lithium-ion stacked batteries. This device can achieve continuous punching of rolled electrodes, and automatically receive them. We can provide various shapes of cutter molds according to customer requirements to achieve the molding of battery electrodes of different sizes.
2.The equipment is equipped with a precision punching system and a PET film synchronous feeding device to achieve automatic punching and forming of the roll material (including the tab structure). After punching, the PET film is automatically output and fed into the feeding box, and finally collected manually. It is specially designed for the pre stacking process and has high-speed operation characteristics, effectively controlling the burrs and powder shedding of the pole pieces
1. Rolled electrode feeding, with die cutting achieved by a cutter template;
2. Automatic stacking and receiving of finished electrode by a robotic arm;
3. PET film material carrier discharge, the carrier can be quickly replaced;
4. Servo drive, adjustable cutting amount and cutting speed for die-cutting;
5. Die cut products have small burrs and less powder loss.
