This machine is a manual metal die-cutting machine that utilizes pneumatic actuation to perform sheet-type punching on stacked electrodes. It can be equipped with various shaped dies based on customer requirements to achieve forming and die-cutting of battery electrodes in different sizes. The manual sheet cutter provides sliced feedstock, while the die-cutting plate performs the die-cutting operation.
1. Driven by a booster cylinder, the punching pressure is adjustable.
2. The entire equipment is enclosed within a sheet metal protective housing to ensure operational safety.
3. Changing the die is simple, convenient, and quick.
4. This standard configuration of the equipment allows only one type of die(cathode /anode electrode) to be selected.
