Dual-Station Stacking Machine
This equipment is used for Z-shaped stacking of cathode and anode electrodes and separators in sodium-ion battery cells, utilizing dual stations for simultaneous stacking.
1. Active separator unwinding; tension control; separator EPC; separator static elimination.
2. Equipped with ultrasonic sensors for precise detection and alarm-based shutdown.
3. Fiber optic detection for incoming electrodes.
