The equipment is used for automatic winding of digital lithium battery core, which is one of the key equipment of battery production.

 Adopt three-winding needle and three-station winding, the equipment operates in a coordinated manner, with fast winding speed and low failure rate. The servo system is used to control the tension of the positive and negative electrodes and the separator in a closed loop, achieving tension coil-by-turn during the winding process, effectively preventing deformation of the battery cells in the subsequent processes.

 The PLC interface design is humanized and scientific, and can display the fault location.
