Electric Coin Cell Crimping Machine (GN-CC20E)

1. This equipment is mainly used for crimping and disassembling coin cells. Only one type (sealing/disassembling) die can be selected as standard for this equipment.

2.Mainly driven by an electric motor, after placing the battery into the die, pressing the motor button will cause the upper and lower dies to automatically close, crimping and forming the battery. It is used for sample preparation in laboratory battery material research and development, for making coin cells and sealing capacitors, and can also be used for small batch trial production in factories.

1. Touchscreen operation makes it easy to set parameters and has a high degree of automation.

2. Electric-driven, vibration-free battery sealing, and no leakage.

3. With different dies, it can crimp and disassemble various specifications of coin cells, achieving multi-purpose use with a single machine.

4. Precise die design ensures accurate and reliable crimping and forming, with stable and safe use.

5. Aesthetically pleasing in appearance, easy to maintain, with the advantages of small size, convenient operation, and precise forming.
