This machine is primarily designed for the assembly of coin cells. With automated control, it enables the full-process assembly of coin cells, including all materials such as cathode and anode electrode materials, separators, washers, and electrolytes. The assembly is completed within a glove box in a sealed environment, ensuring excellent battery processability. The machine mainly consists of tray feeding mechanism, robotic loading mechanism, crimping module mechanism, injection pump, and glove box. The loading system features a 1-5 channel design, capable of efficiently assembling various types of coin cells.
