It is particularly suitable for thinning and increasing the density of electrodes for clean energy materials like lithium batteries.
2. The equipment employs a gear drive system to achieve calendering. The calendering thickness is adjustable, making it easy to use. The rollers feature high hardness and are surface-treated with hard chrome plating, achieving a hardness of up to HRC 55° and providing rust resistance. Safe to operate.
3. A wedge block mechanism adjusts the gap between the rolls, offering good stability and high adjustment precision. The calendering process features high accuracy, facilitating the feeding and rolling of strip materials. Gear meshing drives the rollers to achieve compression.
