1. This machine is mainly suitable for die-cutting the cathode and anode electrodes of lithium-ion stacked batteries.
2. The machine adopts pneumatic method to punch the single piece of the electrode , can provide various shapes of dies according to customer requirements to achieve the forming and die-cutting of battery electrode of different sizes. Chip electrode feeding, die cutting with die template, can be used in glove box.
1. Driven by a booster cylinder, the punching pressure is adjustable.
2. The die-cut products have minimal burrs and no defects such as indentation marks.
3. The die-cutting tool adopts a pull-out design and is equipped with an integrated sheet metal protective cover for safe operation.
4. Replacing the die-cutting tool is simple, convenient, and fast.
5. A standard set of die-cutting tools for cathode and anode electrode plates is included, and custom tools can also be manufactured based on customer requirements.
